Marandi, also a professor at the University of Tehran, said that the Iranian negotiators made the US and European governments to retreat from their irrational stands in different occasions either in Vienna or when negotiations where underway through writing letters.
He said that as long as the text resulting from the negotiations is not carefully examined in Tehran, the negotiators cannot make any statement about it.
Media comments are only speculation at this time, Marandi said.
The Iranian negotiating team will leave Vienna for Tehran within a while.
