New York (UNA-OIC) – United Nations Secretary General António Guterres expressed concern over the terrorist attack by a projectile on a fuel tank at the petroleum products distribution terminal, in the north of Jeddah.
According to a statement issued by UN Spokesperson Stéphane Dujarric, the Secretary General stressed that attacks targeting civilians and infrastructure violate international humanitarian law.
