The vitriolic Zionist-American best-selling writer, TV personality and radio talk-show host, Michael Savage (aka Weiner) talks of converting the U.S. to the namesake of his show “Savage Nation”. And President Bush, Don Rumsfeld, Richard Perle and others in the Bush administration are finally making it happen.

And President Bush, Don Rumsfeld, Richard Perle and others in the Bush administration are finally making it happen.

Savage’s thoughts are echoed by neoconservative rabble-rouser Michael Reagan, son of former-President Ronald Reagan, who advocates installing the Israelis as overlords of a post-war Mid-East and converting non-obedient Islamic states into “parking lots”. And other U.S. talk-show hosts frequently play a Randy Neumann song called “Let’s Drop the Big One” that goes roughly: “No one likes us, I don’t know why….South America stole our name, let’s drop the big one there’ll be no one left to blame us. Boom goes London, Boom Paree…We’ll save Australia, don’t want to hurt no kangaroos…we’ll turn it into a big amusement park for me and you, etc., etc.”

The word “savage” generally means living beyond the control of others (including God) along with “violent” and “unrestrained”.

The U.S. has spent years alienating the Islamic world and Europe by supporting the inhuman policies of the Israeli government with regard to the Palestinians. This policy has finally come home to roost in a wholesale abandonment of the U.S. Dollar and in a U.S. trade deficit that has come in at a record $450-billion this year and promises to do the same next year.

Having demonstrated to the world its duplicitous treatment of client dictators such as Ferdinand Marcos and Saddam Hussein and its unwillingness to abide by any standard of equity in its treatment of non-Israelis worldwide, the U.S. in now in a quandary. No one (except so-called “democratic” governments that somehow are able to ignore the overwhelming view of their citizens–in the U.S. we call it “vote fraud”) really wants to be of voluntary assistance to the U.S., which is widely seen as enthralled and controlled by international Zionist interests. And that leaves one resort: brutal assault and suppression of opposition around the world.

There’s just one catch: the U.S. can’t afford a string of Iraq victories each costing several hundreds of billions or more, to say nothing of maintaining the occupation of all these areas.

Not to worry. Apparently push-button annihilation is coming to a “theater of war” near you. The Russian shortwave station “Voice of Russia” reported on Feb. 20th that U.S. Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld is launching development of a new generation of “micro-nukes” and miniaturized neutron bombs.

In the future, it seems, America can be a “savage nation”. Just a press of a button and any target designated by the Mossad or on-the-ground forces will be “gone”. If a whole population displeases us, press a button and “boom” no more infrastructure and instant starvation. Build an installation Israel and the U.S. doesn’t approve of–no matter how far underground–and it will be gone.

I am not one who thinks the initial war in Iraq will go badly (although I could be wrong). We’ll probably mop up in a few weeks with under 100,000 civilian casualties and probably less than a few thousand military ones. What I’m concerned about is the long-term outlook.

The main problem with a continuing “Savage Nation” approach (“golem” is the Yiddish word for the function of the U.S. under this doctrine) is that it does not anticipate that others in the world, with sufficient technological adroitness, may seek to emulate our violent behavior. It also does not take into account the real load-bearing ability of America’s economy and the possibility of military disasters and miscalculations on the scale of the Space Shuttle. The overall unforeseen consequences may be far in excess of the 20-30 years of domestic terrorism (and the resulting U.S. police state) Rumsfeld apparently anticipates.

Unfortunately, for political and other reason, “our” administration sees things in the blacks and whites of General Ariel Sharon. The Israeli leader, who was cited the other day in Haaretz as giving the Bush Administration its future marching orders into Iran, Syria and Libya (and reminding Bush that the U.S.-E.U.-Russian plans for Palestine do not fit in with “Bush’s vision”), is famous for his short-term military victories. But these victories were always sloppy, with a big price in blood for the civilian victims and at an intolerable price of blood, suffering and shekels for the victors.
