Tashkent (UNA-OIC) – The Annual Meeting Organizing Committee of the Board of Governors of the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) Group has continued its preparations for the 46th IsDB Annual Meeting to be held in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, on 3-4 September 2021.
The Committee held a meeting chaired by Chairman of the IsDB Board of Governors Sardar Omar Zakov, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Investment and Foreign Trade of Uzbekistan.
Participants in the meeting discussed the progress made in preparing for this important event, where the heads of the working groups of the Organizing Committee reviewed the work that had been done. They also provided information on the current situation related to organizational issues in various fields.
Hosting the meeting comes in the context of enhancing Uzbekistan’s image at the international level and deepening cooperation with the IsDB Group.
