Stop political allegations to pave way for Vienna deal

Iran Newspaper published a memo on February 27, asserting:

Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi mentioned the issue of making false accusations against the Islamic Republic’s peaceful nuclear program, while speaking to his French counterpart Emmanuel Macron on the phone. This shows the Iranian authorities are determined to stand against Iranophobic campaign, which tries to disseminate baseless allegations.

Iran reacted to the Zionist regime’s accusations, when the regime claimed that its elements succeeded in acquiring nuclear documents in Tehran; now, the Iranian negotiating team urges the P4+1 group (Britain, France, China, Russia plus Germany) to find a way to hinder such political accusations, because the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) resorted to such claims to put pressure on Iran after the world powers and the Islamic Republic reached an agreement in 2015 dubbed the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA).

Zionists’ pressure on the IAEA forced the organization to ask for more inspections of Iranian nuclear sites, while Iran and the P5+1 (the US, the UK, France, China, Russia plus Germany) reached agreement and they solved remaining issues.

The IAEA put finger on topics that they had closed more than one year prior to the JCPOA agreement, because the Zionist regime claimed that there were some nuclear particles that have not been mentioned in the IAEA’s report, but the Zionists have never provided the organizations with any document to prove their claim. The IAEA has repeatedly confirmed Iranians’ cooperation when it came to complying with the JCPOA and commitments under safeguard agreements.

Along with Israel, the Washington-based Institute for Science and International Security alleged that Iranians develop a new nuclear program near Tehran, while a 2003 dossier on Shian research center was closed earlier.

The Islamic Republic refused to allow inspection of the center because the claim was made only based on the Zionist regime’s alleged documents, so the IAEA was not entitled to verify such an allegation. Moreover, the demand for inspection was in violation of the IAEA’s regulations; thus, it could not push Iran to accept the demand.

Despite the fact that the Zionist regime started sabotaging Iranian nuclear facilities and assassinating Iranian scientists, Iran continued cooperation with the IAEA.

Given the facts and figures, the Islamic Republic expects the other sides in the Vienna talks to close such accusations once and for all, as the Iranian president reminded the condition in his phone call with his French counterpart.
