Scientists of the Kyushu University in Japan found that a fragment of the protein contained in soy beans, can prevent memory loss in people with Alzheimer’s disease.
Selected molecule, which may become a remedy for the disease, refers to the dipeptide contains two amino acids — tyrosine and Proline.
The researchers found that the protein fragment had a positive impact on long-term and short-term memory, reported in the journal Science of Food.
