Neom (UNA-OIC) – Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman, on Monday, made a phone call to Oman’s Sultan Haitham bin Tarik, during which he was reassured about the situation in the Sultanate after it was exposed to the Tropical Cyclone Shaheen, which resulted in deaths and damages.
During the conversation, King Salman conveyed his condolences and sincere sympathy to the Sultan, the families of the deceased and the brotherly people of Oman, wishing a speedy recovery to the injured.
The Saudi monarch stressed that the Kingdom stands with the Sultanate in its efforts to confront the repercussions of Cyclone Shaheen.
For his part, the Sultan of Oman expressed his deepest thanks and appreciation to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques for his concern and brotherly feelings towards Oman and its people.
