Neom (UNA-OIC) – The Saudi Cabinet reviewed, during its session on Tuesday, chaired by Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman, the efforts made to prepare and implement the phased plans of Umrah resumption in accordance with the applicable health procedures and protocols.
In a statement to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), Acting Minister of Media Dr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Qasabi said that the cabinet affirmed its constant keenness to harness all capabilities and energies to enable Umrah performers to perform the ritual in an atmosphere of faith and a precautionary environment that takes into account health requirements and protection from the threats of the coronavirus pandemic, and in a manner that provides maximum degrees of care for them and preserves their health and safety.
