According to the Ministry for Development of Information Technologies and Communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan, on July 16 this year, a resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On measures for introducing the geographic information and analytical system of the city of Tashkent within the framework of the comprehensive program “Digital Tashkent”, was adopted.
This resolution approved the Regulations on the procedure for electronic interaction of state bodies and organizations, as well as a scheme for collecting, processing and analyzing data from state bodies and organizations through the geographic information and analytical system of the city of Tashkent. The document presents a schedule for the implementation of this system within the framework of the “Digital Tashkent” program.
Based on this resolution, it is planned to provide information and analytical support to responsible leaders in collecting, processing, analyzing and storing indicators of the socio-economic development of the city of Tashkent, a comprehensive assessment of the socio-economic and socio-political situation, a comparative assessment of solving problems, determining programs and plans for trends, strategies, forecasts and development of situations, public safety, prevention and elimination of emergency situations. It also involves the integration of information systems of government agencies and organizations, databases and other sources of information.
A set of measures consisting of 41 paragraphs will be carried out within the framework of the program.
