Qatar’s Amir Attends Ceremony of Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al-Thani International Anti-Corruption Excellence Award

Doha (UNA-OIC) – The Amir of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani attended the ceremony of His Highness’s Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al-Thani International Anti-Corruption Excellence Award which was held at Sheraton Doha Hotel on Thursday morning.

At the beginning of the ceremony, HH unveiled the sixth edition of the award monument in Dafna Park.

The award ceremony was attended by HE President of the Republic of Rwanda Paul Kagame, HE FIFA President Gianni Infantino, HE Under-Secretary-General of the United Nations Office and Executive Director of the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) in Vienna Dr. Ghada Fathi Waly, members of the Supreme Committee and the Advisory Council choosing the award winners and a number of international personalities specialized in the award.

It was also attended by HE Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Khalid bin Khalifa bin Abdulaziz Al-Thani, Their Excellencies sheikhs, ministers and heads of diplomatic missions accredited to the State, senior officials and guests of the ceremony.
