Qayroqi village, located in the foothill zone of Yangikurgan district of Namangan region, near the border with neighboring Kyrgyzstan, has excellent conditions for developing sports tourism.
Snow does not melt in the mountains all year round, in some places its thickness can reach up to a meter. If to create necessary infrastructure, tourism can be developed here and you can engage in winter sports, snowmobiling and ATVs, create winter camps, and build beautiful recreation areas.
Currently, the regional khokimiyat is developing a project on establishing skiing in Qayroqi. According to estimates, about 200 thousand people can be provided with work in this area. Activities of canteens, cafes, transport, retail will be established.
75 family guest houses passed state registration last week in Namangan. Applications for the registration of family guest houses were received from residents of Nanay village in Yangikurgan district, Gova village of Chust district and Chodak village of Pap district in Namangan region.
