Ashgabat, (UNA-OIC) – President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov addressed congratulations and best wishes to the President of the Republic of Tatarstan of the Russian Federation, Rustam Minnikhanov, on the occasion of the Day of the Republic of Tatarstan and the 100th anniversary of the formation of the Tatar ASSR, TDH reported on Sunday.
President Berdimuhamedov wished President Rustam Minnikhanov good health, happiness and well-being, peace, progress, and prosperity to the fraternal people Tatarstan.
