Jeddah (UNA-OIC) – The General Secretariat of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) strongly condemned Tuesday’s terrorist attack on a religious school in the northwestern Pakistani city of Peshawar, which resulted in deaths and injuries, including children.
The General Secretariat offered its sincere condolences and sympathy to the families of the victims as well as to the government and people of the Republic of Pakistan, wishing a speedy recovery to the wounded.
The OIC reiterated its firm position that rejects terrorism and extremism in all their forms and manifestations, whatever the circumstances and reasons.
