Nouakchott (UNA-OIC) – Mauritanian President Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani met here on Tuesday with the Special Representative of the UN Secretary-General for Mali, Mahamat Saleh Annadif.
The Mauritanian News Agency (AMI) reported that the talks between President Ghazouani and Special Envoy Annadif, who also serves as the head of the United Nations Multidimensional Integrated Stabilization Mission in Mali (MINUSMA), dealt with the situation in the West African country and the development of the process of establishing peace and achieving stability and reconciliation there.
