Kazakhstan plans to open a Consulate General in Samarkand.
Yesterday President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev signed a corresponding decree, in which the government of the country is instructed to take all the necessary measures arising from the document.
Currently, the Embassy of Uzbekistan in the city of Nur-Sultan and the consulate general in the cities of Aktau and Almaty operate in Kazakhstan.
