Amman (UNA-OIC) – King Abdullah II of Jordan received here on Tuesday Egypt’s Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly, who is heading a high-level ministerial delegation for the joint Jordanian-Egyptian Higher Committee meetings.
Discussions, during the meeting at Al Husseiniya Palace, covered means of expanding cooperation between Jordan and Egypt as well as their joint efforts to counter COVID-19 and its implications.
The meeting also tackled the efforts to maintain coordination and consultation on issues of mutual concern, foremost of which is the Palestinian cause, and the trilateral mechanism of Jordanian-Egyptian-Iraqi cooperation.
