Jeddah (UNA-OIC) – President of the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) Group Dr. Bandar Hajjar on Wednesday participated in a webinar organized by the National Board of Zakat (BAZNAS) of Indonesia.
Hajjar said the IsDB, the Islamic Solidarity Fund for Development (ISFD) – the poverty alleviation arm of the IsDB Group – and BAZNAS will develop an innovative digital platform to ensure transparency and good governance in collecting and distributing zakat in order to improve livelihoods and fight poverty.
