Cairo (UNA-OIC) – Safaga Port Manager Yasser Abdel Fattah on Wednesday witnessed the inauguration of a cruise line between the Saudi Port of Jeddah and the Egyptian Port of Safaga, where the cruise ship “Bellissima” docked coming from Jeddah, on the first in a series of voyages scheduled to take place every eight days.
A statement issued by the Safaga Port Authority explained that the cruise ship arrived today with 700 tourists of different nationalities on board, adding that the ship can accommodate approximately 5,000 passengers. It also indicated that the tourist group is expected to visit hotels and beach resorts in Hurghada and Safaga on the coast of the Red Sea.
