Cairo, (UNA-OIC) – The 15th and 16th planes of the Egyptian relief airlift landed on Wednesday at Rafik el Hariri international airport carrying vast quantities of aid supplies.
This comes at the directives of Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El Sisi to send aid supplies to Lebanon to support it after the massive blast that hit Beirut Port on August 4.
The planes carry 28 tons of relief supplies, food, medicines, and medical equipment presented by Egypt to Lebanon.
